We would like to introduce our new technology director--and recently hired Esports coach--Dustin Bauman. Dustin was born and raised in Indiana, moved to the Portland area during the 10th grade, and graduated from West Linn High School. He later completed an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Science through DeVry University, and spent 10+ years serving in retail management. He joined the Naselle-Grays River Valley School District in July, and has already spearheaded numerous technology projects. He resides in Rosburg with his wife (and NHS graduate), Molly Ballif, and their 6-month old son, Arthur. We are very thankful to have Dustin on our team. Welcome aboard!

💳 New Convenience Fee for Tap/Swipe Payments
As you’ve probably noticed, we’ve started using Square at our home athletic events—making it easier than ever to tap or swipe your credit/debit card for admission or concessions.
With that convenience, however, comes a per-transaction fee that our ASB has been covering up to this point.
👉 Starting tonight, a $0.40 convenience fee will be added each time a card is tapped or swiped for admission.
👉 Starting next week, this same $0.40 fee will also apply to concession purchases made with a card.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our ASB students and programs. Thank you for helping make our events possible! 🏫💙

Today, Michelle Larson passed the red apple in tribute to our first grade teacher, Meg Colquhoun. Mrs. Larson described Mrs. Colquhoun as "patient, kind, and caring," and as someone who "brings their whole heart into the classroom every single day." Mrs. Larson also stated that "In her classroom, every child is seen, heard, and valued," and that she "makes each student feel like they matter--because to her, they absolutely do." Mrs. Larson also stated, "Her patience is endless, her kindness is unwavering, and her impact is immeasurable." This school is so fortunate to have Mrs. Colquhoun teaching in our school. Thank you for teaching, loving, and encouraging our students. You truly make a difference!
